Bon Accord Belgian Style is our flagship dark, rich and smooth Dutch origin drinking chocolate crafted from the worlds finest raw materials.

We have selected and sourced the world’s finest West African cocoa. After processing in Holland and Belgium, we combine it with premium local and imported ingredients. We have created a rich, dark and deeply satisfying chocolate experience.

FOR THE PERFECT BON ACCORD HOT CHOCOLATE

1. Add 25-35gms (approx 1 heaped table spoon of Belgian Style) to 200mls of milk in your steaming jug.

- Steam until hot, but not too hot as too much heat will destroy the best of the subtle chocolate flavour notes.
- Work to a fine foam
- Serve with a sprinkle of Belgian Style on top, or dress with Bon Accord Finishing Sauce for a latte art option.
- Enjoy

2.  If you prefer not to dedicate a jug to chocolate, or just want to try something different-try this.

- Place 25-35gms (approx 1 heaped table spoon of Belgian Style) in the bottom of a 250ml cup.
- Add approx 15mls of hot water and stir into a rich sauce.
- Steam 200mls of milk and pour as you would for a flat white.
- Once poured stir and swirl the foam with your spoon.
- Serve with a sprinkle of Belgian Style.
